Healthier Sweet Treats

I've said it once and I'll say it again - I have a major sweet tooth and I love to bake. Every time I bake a sweet treat I try and make the right choices to make it a little bit healthier! This is as easy as substituting ingredients (ex- agave nectar for sugar) or watching how much of it I eat. You can eat the foods you love, just make smart choices.
